ASP.NET issue

I'm new to this forum and I hope I'm posting this at the right place.
We have two ASP.NET websites and it take a long time to get the main page after a period of inactivity. I was searching about this a bit and found that this is the way ASP or .NET works.
 
Is it possible to have a script that will load two or three different websites (addresses) every 15 or 30 minutes to make sure it is always fast to access? I'd like this script to load URL1 and URL2 the refresh or reload (whichever is easier) after 15 or 30 minutes and to be able to schedule that as a task.
If multiple URLs are not possible, then maybe the same script multiple times.
 
P.S. I am not a scripter or developer or code analyser or anything like. I'm looking for the right tool to do what I need.
