Batch script request...nice little challenge

Hi all. New to the forums
 
So after AT LEAST 6 hours of searching google and other engines, i have come up blank.
 
I am trying to write a code (with absolutely no success), to detect the presence of 'Page Cannot Be Displayed' in any webpage, and to automatically refresh it if it detects the message.
 
The websites are absolutely fine, and if i F5 the page it loads straight back up again.
 
But please note...I DONT WANT TO AUTO REFRESH EVERY FEW SECONDS...i wrote a batch to close and reopen all the web browsers i have open every hour. I was to modify/change it to ONLY REFRESH AFTER DETECTING PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.
 
I dont mind how its done, or what language its written in, as long as i can run it as a stand alone and dont need to compile it.
