Checkbox dialog box

Hello,
 
I'm very new vbscripting and I have been tasked with writing a script that opens a dialog box with 3 check options with 3 different pieces of software listed. Based on which of the 3 or possibly all 3 are checked the corresponding app is installed. I know I can use an if...then statement but I don't have a clue where to start with getting the box to open with the checks and performing a task based on what is checked. Any direction or help would be great. Thanks in advance!

As VBScript doesn't provide CheckBoxes, you'll have to build your own GUI (.html or - better - .hta).

Oh boy, any advice on .hta? Like where to start???? :)
