Clarify Scripting Challenges forum

It is probably intuitive what the forum is for? --> post challenges for others to try, look for challenges to take on. Whether that's correct or not, best to clarify by having a forum description/summary like how the other forums have. This is one forum w/o a description.

Yes it is one of the most misunderstood forums. I think having a description would be a good idea. It won't matter of course, but it is still a good idea. I daily move questions out of the Post a Script forum where the description clearly states "Do not post questions here".
