Date validation

hi ,
I am new to vB script.I m using Asp application in which i need to poplulate  the drop down from current month to  rest of the months in the year and 12 months from the previous year in the format 12/08.
For eg.Take this month as october .So i need to populte the drop down with the values like this.
10/2008
09/2008
08/2008
07/2008
06/2008
05/2008
04/2008
03/2008
02/2008
01/2008
12/2007
11/2007
...
...
01/2007.
 

so i need to write a vb script that populates the drop down
1.only from current month to reset of months in the year.
2.from current month of the year to first month of  previous year.

Please help me in this.
