Email your public IP

Good day,
 
I would like to have my public IP address sent to via gmail so that I can remote into my PC. This is required because my public IP changes every couple of days. I currently have a script emailing through gmail, which has the 'show original' option which will display the ip the email was sent from however it is painful to try to find.
 
Any ideas how to get my public IP address into the body of an email?

Any particular reason why you want to take this bothersome route instead of simply using a dynamic DNS provider?
