Encode and Decode in Inputbox

Is it possible to encode and decode random letters when they are typed into the Inputbox? Also, if this is possible, is there a way to set what shows up after something is encoded? For example, I want to encode "A". Can I set it so the resulting text is "IZ"? p.s. I want to write this script in Notepad, rather than in some other program because Notepad is all I have.
