HTA to Copy User

I have had success modifying and existing HTA (found one online) to reset user's passwords.  This is very helpful for our level 1 techs.  I would now like an HTA which can Copy a User. Has anyone attempted this?

The HTA part would be similar to what you already have. The VBScript behind it would depend on exactly what you mean by "Copy a User".

In ADUC, I usually right click on an existing user account and select COPY.  Then you enter the first name, etc.  This is easier than creating new user since it keeps the group membership.  Therfore, the HTA would need to, first,  list users than create a new user the way the COPY action in ADUC does it.
