I want to extract text from MUI

Hi All, I am testing on Spanish Vista. But I cannot make out what means what. I have all the .mui files of english and spanish build. Can any body help me to decipher the asciis (what they mean) and make a log file (meta) of the MUI. I need a redable format of the file. 
Be content. Have the sporting spirit. Trishanku.
