Image posting script

Hey all, I'm looking for a script where users to my site can post their own pics and/or videos onto my site. I also would like a rating scale & comment feature. Does anyone know where I can find a script of the such. Maybe someone has one avaliable on here? I look foward to hearing some replies. Thanks in advance, Daniel

I haven't seen a script out here to handle everything your looking for, but it looks like you just need to setup FTP on your site for individuals to load their pictures then just set up a simple list of RadioButtons that other individuals can rate that photo.
