List Local Admin Group script AGAINST OU

Greetings every1
I'm having problem with a critical task in my company.
We are part of a huge network group and own just one OU.
Under this OU we have 150 Computer accounts and I really can't see my self to visit each computer and check who's got local admin rights.

I did a look up on the internet to find out if there is a script to run.

However, all I found was a pcs of scripts to run against the WHOLE DOMAIN.

Could anyone just tell me if it is possible to adapt such a script to run against a particular OU ?

Could any1 tell me if this is at least possible, or what are the other methods / solutions I could do ?

There are plenty of ways to do this from using ADSI to DSFIND.  I suppose the "right" way depends on what you need to do and what scripting/management tool you want to use: CMD, VBScript, PowerShell...
