Noob - but not really

Hi, I've been coding for a while but I've never been asked to do this... I have a asp page which loops the records in a database and adds a checkbox, a text name, a select tag and a textbox for each row that it finds.  My dilema (I'm sure its easy to do) is that I need to be able to loop them and see which are checked on post as well as grab their associated textbox and select values... not sure how to pull that off.

Any help would be appreciated.
