Pin an url to start menu in windows 7

Hi,
I need help in creating a VBScript for the following requirement.
Pin and IE shortcut to an url (eg: bing.com) to start menu in windows 7.
Any pointers would be appreciated, Thanks.
 

First you would create the shortcut and point the .TargetPath to www.bing.com

then you would pin the created shortcut with code like:

You do realize that if you actually utilized BING, these are simple searches..."vbScript Create Shortcut"..."vbScript pin start menu"

I had already tried the method you suggested, but it doesn't work.
After creating the shortcut to an url using CreateShortcut method, you cannot pin that shortcut to start menu using following script.

thats coz for the shortcut created, the verb "Pin to Start Menu" is not enabled (one can verify this by a right click on the url shortcut created). So i was wondering if there was any alternate way.
