PrimalScript Memory Leak Friday, February 02, 2007 9:08 AM (permalink)

For those who are not keeping up with PrimalScript via Sapien's forums, there are several memory leaks with the version 4.1.529.
1.) The Live Syntax Checking
2.) Display

Mouse movement by itself can cause CPU spikes up to 35% and selecting and deselecting text when Live Syntax Checking is enabled can cause massive amounts of memory loss.
hundreds of megs of ram can get eaten up, only to be released when you MINIMIZE the application.
Then it goes backt o normal/expected values.

I tried version 4.1.534 and as soon as I closed it out, about a 1GB of RAM was released (only 4 files open at the time).
