Restrict Domain Admins

Hey everyone I have a very odd problem I need help with. Its not exactly a scripting problem but figured maybe someone would know anyway. I am looking for a way to restrict access to a computer by preventing someone from mapping to it using the unc path but still allow the user to map out. For example. I want to be able to give someone like our CFO the ability to map to our public drive but prevent Domain admin from mapping to his computer using \\computername\c$\. Any Ideas?
