"Tell a friend" link

I’m trying to create a “tell a friend” link.

I have no problem creating a link to the “default.asp” page; however, after completing the form and clicking the button “Send Comments” I get a page with the message saying “Method Not Allowed. The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL/tellafriend1.asp”

NOTE: I have both pages, i.e., <<default.asp>> and <<tellafriend1.asp>> at the same level as the page which contains the “Tell A Friend” link.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
