Text File Values into a Listbox

I am farily fresh to VB Script and where i work we use a labeling software that is called bartender. Bartender supports vb Script but in a little different way instead of saying Listbox1 as your id you referance it by the name Value. Im trying to load the list box form a datasource i have the text file set up as a datasource but when i referance the column i only get the first value. The code im using in this
 
ReferenceField("StockLocation.Stock Locations")
Value = Field("StockLocation.Stock Locations")
 
my text file looks like this
 
Stock Locations
1-HG
2-RED
3-HOB
4-LI
8-MAD  
when the list box loads it only pulls 1-HG and none of the other rows. Any help would be greatly apprichiated.
