VBScript Code Question

Hi. I'm wondering of there is a code or codes that would allow me to type something into Notepad, like "To Do List" for example, press Enter, and a list of things would pop up (like "Get groceries", "Wash car", etc.), almost like a Terminal. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
