I use 2 : VBSedit (trialversion)for work: pros: you can run code from the IDE code completion snippets and can make snippets comes with and hta editor as well and keyword hightlight at home PrimalScript : code completion

notepad2 Fast/Free Plus I use it as a notepad replacement. Since I use multipe languages I like it.

SciTE most of the time, but also Notepad++, vim, UltraEdit-32, or whatever other editor comes to hand. Even Notepad if there's nothing else.

I just use Notepad as i don't code that much and i find it easy and no hassle as its free on every computer i use and i don't have to install anything each time i use a different computer or even reformat my home pc.
