When running this script does nothing

I have a large vbscript that I downloaded from the Internet. It calls an .XML file when it runs. I've added some data to the .xml file but when I run the vbscript it does nothing. This script performs a health check for SCCM 2007 clients. there is no attach option so I can't post it here..... or can you? I'd really like someone to take a look at this and tell me why it does nothing when it runs. Thank you.

You can just post the text of the script or you can use an external site like pastebin then link to it.

Pastebin is very cool... I did not know about that. http://pastebin.com/kB5gDhLC there is the vbscript and xml file it calls. I even put Print Statements in the VBScript which all pop up but on a machine that does Not have the SCCM 2007 client installed this script does nothing. No BAD.log file gets written to the server nor does anything get added to the local Admin group. Any help would be great. Thank you.
