default mail box under the internet options

how can i check which mailbox is the default, and to change the default to another 1. today to check which is the default i go to : control panel-->Internet Options->Programs->Email-> Microsoft Ofiice Outlook. how can i check with code that currently that the default is "Microsoft Ofiice Outlook" and if not to change it as default thnaks in advance peleg
