i'm confused

I've learned Html, Css, Javascript , Vbscript and some fundementals of Asp also Html dom .If I wanna to learn the next step to have a job what field can I choose (C# and asp.net or jsp and java ) can any body help me also please clarify why you recommend me that advice and another question ,If you advice me to choose Asp.net "is it run on all serves or ms only ?"
