Hi,

I've looked everywhere on the net, BUT all I can find are tips on
how to connect to an MS Access & MS SQL Server backend
db's.

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, or if
anyone has the syntax for writing a dsn-less connection to a
SYBASE DATABASE.

Presuming you are using ADO, you can create a UDL file (which is
to OLEDB what a DSN is to ODBC), then open that file in
notepad and you'll find your connection string.
