If this is in excel, just select the column that you want to seperate, click on data, click on text to columns, choose delimited and select comma. This will take column 1 (Last, First, Mi) and seperate it into 3 columns. Make sure to have the 2nd and 3rd columns empty as it would overwrite what is already there. If this is in a text file just rename it to CSV and open in excel.
