hi, i'm trying to make Amendments to a journals Renewal Page. would anybody can
help me in this regards. plz read the message
below, if solved i would mention the other part of the code.

A dynamic button will need to be created. This will be populated above the Submit button if the journal is: JNI, JDW and IDR: if radio number 12,18,06,22,26 or 21 (organisation) are ticked and 04 or 13 (seniority) are ticked then the button should appear. Any other option and the button will not appear.
JAR : if number 37,38,39,40,42,43,31,27,36,19,28 or 49 (organisation) are ticked and 13 or 18 (seniority) are ticked then the button should appear. Any other option and the button will not appear.
The button will need to be created in similar style to the "Submit to secure server" button and should read "Recommend a Colleague" . Some text will need to appear above the button. Same client-side validation as main submit button.
