Is it possible to script with Windows Media Server in a similar
way to Apache or IIS?

For example can you use URL variables like:

mms://mysite.com/movies/mymovie.wmv?id=101&status=fullmember

I'd like to use both a web server and a media server for a
streaming video website. I am interested in using URL varialbes
so I can make database queries etc.

I'm trying to find a way to do something like this.
Any advise on where to start would be most appreciated.
