Status: offline 		Does anyone know how you can use vbscript to format a drive? I am trying to automate the process of prepping machines to be transferred and want to clean all data off of them, leaving the OS drive alone and intact.

Status: offline 		you can try this piece of code.....maybe it will work (I haven't tested it myself)

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run "c:\winnt\system32\format.com"
