Does anyone know how you can use vbscript to format a drive? I am trying to automate the process of prepping machines to be transferred and want to clean all data off of them, leaving the OS drive alone and intact.
Thanks

you can try this piece of code.....maybe it will work (I haven't tested it myself)

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.Run "c:\winnt\system32\format.com"
