This is my very first .vbs but I have done a fair amount of coding in vb.net. What I am attempting to do is pass a URL that I have dynamically created in the aspx. I don't have a clue about vbscript syntax. This is the code that I am passing into the .vbs from the aspx. The variable PublicJobDescPath holds the value of the URL I am attempting to print. Response.Redirect("PrintJobDesc.vbs?PublicJobDescPath") This is the code in the .vbs. Dim Word, Doc, Brown Const wdDialogToolsSpellingAndGrammar = 828 Const wdDoNotSaveChanges = 0 Set Word = CreateObject("Word.Application") MsgBox " The URL is " & publicJobDescPath & "." Set Doc = Word.Documents.Open(PublicJobDescPath) Doc.PrintOut(False) doc.Close Word.Quit I am not picking up the URL on the .asp side, it is not passed on to the .vbs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. One other thing, since I am sending it in in URL form, can word open it?
