Status: offline 		When I use

close "" or window.close() command in VBScript

it prompts you to confirm the closure of the window. Is there a way to eliminate this alert?

There is not.. the only way to do this is creating your own active-x control or HTA (HTML Application). HTA can be created using VBS.
