Folder Options - File Types - Select VBS and click on Advanced button. Here you can choose which ICON to use. Is that what you are looking for?

Could I ask why you would want to do this?

Personally I wouldn't, but one of the guys I work with does a lot of coding in several languages. He actually changed the Icons for VBS on his machine just so that he could quickly distinguish them from his JSP's.

How would you add a script to the system tray? You can also, without changing the file icon, create a shortcut in the Quicklaunch bar, and point that icon to the one you like... Here's a VBScript link for help on shortcuts: Create Shortcut - found on VBScript Search
