Hi
I am trying to create 'Dynamic chart' using OWC.But for this the IIS-Guest user should have 'write' permission.But giving write permission to IIS-Guest user is not good i think.Even microsoft itself do not suggest using OWC at server side because of certain limitations(Microsoft article ID:317316).Can anybody help to overcome this issue,so that I can create the 'chart' GIF image in the client side and show it on the page.

Hi,
Now I can create a gif image using proper security.The problem now is I cant get see only a blank chart.No series is getting added.The code for accessing data is as follows.. can anybody help me please.

    set objChartSpace.DataSource = objRS
             objChart.SetData c.chDimSeriesNames, 0, "Disk_name"
    for each objSeries in objChart.SeriesCollection
objSeries.SetData c.chDimCategories, 0, "e_day"
objSeries.SetData c.chDimValues, 0, "cap"
    next

   for each axis in objChart.Axes
         axis.HasTitle = True
            if axis.Type = c.chCategoryAxis then
              axis.Title.Caption = "Date"
            else
              axis.Title.Caption = "Capacity"
         end if
    next
