Does anyone know how to reset a password for a NT4 domain user?

I have

Set objUser = GetObject _
   ("LDAP://cn=MyerKen,ou=management,dc=fabrikam,dc=com")
objUser.SetPassword "i5A2sj*!"

but that is for AD, does anyone know how i can convert it to change a NT4 domain user password?

Status: offline 		Hello mate. thanks for that. yeah i saw that to but it means you need to know the password they already use.

I  have found a way using net user ABC Password to change the password for user ABC to Password which works fine. I have put it into a batch file.

What i would like to know, does anyone know with the net user command can you set it prompt the user to change at next logon?

Status: offline 		You can make a VBS file, place a link in the RunOnce Key and let the user reboot.....
