I must say, I run XP SP2 aswell, but no error...

are you using WSH 5.6?

Do a regsvr32 %windir%\system32\wbem\cimwin32.dll and see if that fixes it.

Else I suspect the WMI files which did not load (Win32; Win processor) are
either corrupted or, more likely, missing.
