Sorry for the late reply Token...

The second line of code works and permits the use of ,0 so that cmd propmt window doesn't show up! The microsoft doc said to use cmd /c c:\windows\system32\cscript.exe xcacls.vbs only if your default was set to WSCRIPT. I'd changed the default to CSCRIPT... Go figure.

It's ok :)

My default is always cscript and didn't see any problems with it. Frankly, I don't believe it matters.
