Eric,

Try this procedure in order:

1. Open an active-x control project from VB IDE environment
2. Draw your form
3. Click file, select make ....ocx
4. Click project, select project .. properties
5. Click debugging tab, select option Start component and check option use existing browser
6. Run the project

This will open a new window browser , after it is opened you can view the source code and copy paste it.

Hope this can help:)
