IMO it's very important to be able to edit old posts as well as new ones in the "Post your script" forum.

Today I made an important update to my script and the only way to do it was to reply to the thread.
The problem is that informations in the first message are no longer valid but will still be read by the guests. And also previousely posted scripts are useless, take space etc.

Therefore I suggest not to put a duration limit for editiing on this forum, if possible

Hi Spinah,

I simply didn't have the "edit" icon on my messages... only recent ones have it.

I will PM instruction on how to update this post.
Of that would be easier if I could do it myself...

Fredlendinque,

What if you were to create a new post in the Post your script forum, do you see the edit button?  Also, if you go back and look at any other post you did around the same time, in any forum.  Do you see the edit button?  I just did a quick test, created a test account and posted and I saw the edit button.

Also, do you see the delete button on the post in question?

We may need to have the admin take a look, maybe something changed with your account or the post in question between the time it was posted and today.
