Hiya Mattr2110,

This depends on the way your infrastructure is set in you domain environment. If you (for example) use third party tools like DRA, you can have groups to make sure Users can only edit selected fields. You can have Assistant Admins who control a bigger piece and Super Admins to control the whole AD.

As i said, this is just one of the 100+ ways to have your infrastructure build...
