Hi,

I need to write a which will alter ID3 tags in MP3 files.
For now, I only found that I can use .GetDetailsOf() method of Shell.Namespace() to read the properties I need. Although I've got no idea how I can write/ change them ...

Any help is welcome :)

Take a look at this script, I wrote it a while ago, didn't write the edit part though, and I have forgotten most of what is in there, but it should give you a good place to start.

I abondoned this script soon after I wrote it as I found it much easier to use something like musicmatch to edit the tags.

Edit:
I look at some of my early scripts and just shudder.

I still do that when I look at the CURRENT ManagePC code ;) I find myself thinking "Why did I set that variable to NULL again?".
