Ok, this is me, congratulating myself for having not smoked for 21 days in a row now.
Was smoking about a pack to a pack and a half every day for the last 18 years.
Decided to quit 21 days ago, and haven't had a cigarette since.
So... yay me!

YEAH congrats.....

Stay like that... I am clean of cigarette smoke for 9 yrs....the first few years were tough (temptation strikes atcha) but then I was used to it....

So...go for it.....

Congrats. I've been off them for 2 months now! Hard for the first two weeks but slowly gets easier. Every time I want one I do some exercise.

Non smokers always think it should be a doddle. Far from it. Always helps to have an extra push. I got admitted to hospital with stomach pains and thats when I decided to pack them in.

Anyway, 21 days is awesome (more than that now) so keep up the good work. You'll love it when you get your pay check and don't have to buy fags out of it!
