ok guys first thing first hi all and thanks for all the help i have been
reading and searching and even googled and even bought 2 books but just can't seem to get it to work
i am trying to use vbs to export a couple of reg keys but ever time i run the code all i get is garbge. the .reg file just has nothing in it
here is the code

      
what i am trying to do is to get the script to inport 2 reg files then
start a program then when i close the program, it will del the old reg files then back up the keys again. i am not asking for the code just a finger in the right direction. so again thanks for the help

should look like this

      
If there are spaces in sFSpec or sCmd you may get problems. In this case
you'll have to experiment with putting quotes around the parts and/or the
whole sCmd.
