Thanks.  What about the missing cursor in the first few spaces on the first few lines?

The stas signify the area that does not show the cursor.  the - signifies the same area where half a cursor is shown.

Code tags show up as squished in FF for me too - I can only see the first 27 characters of code. It's impossible to read unless I copy and paste code into an editor. Is it really fixed for everyone else? Makes me not want to use them. :(

I'm already running ver. 2.0.0.4. :(

I will confess that I'm running Linux, but I haven't experienced browser difficulties on any other website.

From a browser check I tried:

Upgraded to ver 2.0.0.5 and it's still doing it. It's the first time I encountered something like this, but it must be something to do with using Linux. I'll continue to use code tags for others - just makes it harder for myself to read. Excuse me while I weep for myself in silence.

Has there been a recent change to the forum?? The code tags are appearing all squished whether I use FireFox (2.0.0.6) or IE 7.

yep - it's working for me now. And I can even see the cursor! Guess it never did have anything to do with Linux.

Is this being done in VBscript?  if so, you should create a new post in the Wsh and Client Scripting forum.  If not, use the other languages forum.  This thread was meant for issues with the Code Tags used on this site.
