Reason : No programming/scripting discussed
 Does anyone have a tailor made front end to accept the web server name and application pool name and then recycle the application pool on IIS 6.0? I need it urgently. Or if someone can guide me in the right direction,would appreciate that.

Google.com is your best friend....

honestly, i typed: "recycle the application pool" and got the following result as first:
