Hi,

I need to batch edit the file permissions on lots of home folders. The permissions I want to apply are Domain Admins (full perm) & the user that the folder belongs to (full perm). Is there a way to do this, as the information will need to tie up with the AD user profile and the created folder?

Assuming the home folder is the same as samAccountname, you might use something like this:


      

I strongly urge you to test any solution in a non-production environment.
