i thought that powershell/monad was to be built-in to Vista.
I have Vista ultimate and no powershell. What gives? Am i just missing it?

My understanding is that even Longhorn won't ship with PowerShell installed by default. All part of the secure by design. Obviously, that could change (if it hasn't alread).
