I tried to install and use the excellent Unlocker 1.8.5 (great little free app, highly recommend it) on Vista HP - but when I run it I get told I don't have debugging priveleges. I Googled for a way of giving myself rights, but when I try to run the group policies tool from Administrative Tools > Computer Management in Control Panel, but I get a message saying "this can't be done on Home Premium, use the User Accounts section of Control Panel to administer User Accounts". However this bit of Control Panel doesn't let you change things like debugging priveleges. Now I was thinking of getting a decent script editor with built-in debugging tools, etc, but it's going to be pointless buying one if my operating system won't let me use these features. And yes, I do have an Administrators account. So my question is: how do I give myself debugging privelges, etc, in Vista Home Premium? Thanks
