I have a strange problem when scripting .HTA in Notepad++, everytime i have to go in Language > VB then if a press CRTl-S does not save, i have to go File > Save As its quite annoyning, if i cant fix.. maybe someone can tell about a better software, i have used Uedit and VbsEdit. thx

Lots of better editors. I like simple editors to much stuff tends to causes some confusion in my simple mind. Crimson Editor is very nice it has lots of addins including vbscript and hta that can be down loaded "free". Just google the name.

i have latest version : 4.1 maybe u couldnt repliace because the script i was working was in a remote computer... but even localy every time i save as .hta i have to go into language VB otherwise it does not recognize it. i thx for Crismon..idea, i am trying now... cheers
