Hi all,

Im new to this forum and this is my first post. Im a IT Analyst. We have more than 700 computers (XP & win2k) in our subnet. I need to update a registry file to all of these computers. I have exported the registry value.

Is it possible to convert this .reg file to vb script file? so that, I can push this through SMS.

Pls help me.

Well, you have some options.

You can either run a script on all the machines that updates the registry. Search the forums/Google for RegWrite

Alternatively, you could have the script run regedit with the /S parameter to import the reg file silently.
