The example will only run if you execute it from the cmd line using cscript.exe

the locksmith tool from ERD Commander (by winternals) is my favourite method for ressetting a lost admin password

Locksmith is great, but if you are using EFS, then well...... you're screwed, EFS Files will be unreadble after a PW reset.
