I created a script that will create a user in AD and fills in all of the essential fields within the property of the account.

For this to happen, there are at least 6 inputbox commands throughout the script. Instead of having multiple input boxes within the script, is there a way to create a 1 form (big box) with all of the needed answers?

I know I said 12 in the title but that is the most input boxes an admin will encounter. 6 is the minimum

You'll need to look at using an HTA or working with the InternetExplorer object and creating your own input box.
