I don't think I understand. I have not looked at the row limit in excel in a long time but even back in the early 2000s, the row limit was at 65,000 or so rows. So are you saying that you have entered 65,000 rows of data in a sheet ("I just want to know how can i check if there is no rows available or all rows are full then go to next sheet")?

The excel limitation is 65536 rows, (hmmm sounds an awful lot like a 16 bit limitation, lol) The way I read the question they are asking is.... How can they tell when they have reached the last row in the sheet with data entry, so they can go to the next sheet. I'd say when i=65536, but I don't work with excel and vbs very often, so I don't remember how to add a new worksheet and switch to it. That's for someone else to help with.

Oh, and I will add that if you are putting enough data into excel to hit that limit then excel is the wrong way to do what you are trying to do.

MS Access would be better but only nominally so in my opinion. For that much data a robust DB is your best bet. MSDE, SQL Server, MySQL, pretty much anything that is not part of MS Office.

I'd currently go with sql server 2005 express over MSDE. It has a ('nice' for free) downloadable managment component. The problem with a database is portability. If you are using the spreadsheet for a 'permanent' storage medium, then I would go for a DB. If you need to share this spreadsheet around, then a DB would cause a larger development effort for reporting purposes. It all depends on your needs.
